“They do not have anyone bring towels or clean rooms except every three days. Pool is so warm and strong with chemicals its not enjoyable. Breakfast was great, different each day and options. Required rooms close with family staying months before coming and had us on separate floors. I will be looking at other options for our next trip.”

There wasn’t an elevator so had to climb steps no coffee maker in room didn’t like the fact I had to pay an extra 100 dollars for my two dogs that were with us I could see having to sign a pet policy and be charged if animals damaged anything people with well behaved animals shouldn’t have to incur these charges it was money taken out our pockets to have for trip.outside entry doors were not locked which is a safety hazard for guests.The only……

“We very much enjoyed our stay at this Holiday Inn Express. The breakfast was beyond expectations and the fresh coffee bar outstanding. The room was spacious and modern. We loved the soft sheets and pillow selections. We were able to keep the temperature just right for a good nights sleep. Will stay here again!”

“Overall good property. It has some wear but was very clean. Had nice outdoor ammenities but was not really a focal point. Could be tidied up. Pet friendly is huge plus and those with dogs were respectful of others. Oddly, we ended up with an accessible room. The bathroom was accessible in terms of grab bars and plenty of space in the bathroom. This was not a lowered sink but could probably work for a person using wheels. “Maid left our door open, we had items taken and have had zero follow up from the hotel nearly 4 days later. When reported to the front desk staff, she was rude and unhelpful- seemed to care O%. I have had to email and call corporate to even find out what the policy is for this. Terrible customer service from the front desk- had she handled things better and shown any concern for over 2k in missing property, I’d not have been as mad. “We enjoyed our long weekend stay. The location was perfect for what we needed. With 4 young adults with us the mall was perfect. Beautiful views. The bedrooms were nice, comfy beds. It does sleep a lot of people comfortably however the one bathroom was a challenge with 6 people. The layout of the house is different there isn’t a main room to hang out in. “The hostesses was wonderful to work with. She was very accommodating and responded very quickly. The house was very clean. It had a nice big open area between the kitchen and living room. We had one issue the one bathroom had a horrible order in it like a dead fish. We couldnt even use it because of the smell. We figured out it was from the sewer. There is no vent ouy of the bathroom to outside. So the sink is leaking sewer gas. So we kept that bathroom door shut and didnt really use it all. A……

“I didn't even get passed the front desk. The lady there was rude when I went to check in. She told me that I can't stay there because I was local and they don't book rooms to locals. What if your house is being fumigated or it caught on fire and you needed a place to stay??”
